Bible Class

(It teaches that the ungodly will eventually be cast down and lost. All that they acquired on earth whereas all the righteous who remain loyal to God will have His presence, help, and guidance on earth and will inherit salvation.)

* Psalms 37:3-14

- Psa 37:3 Trust in the LORD, and do good; so shalt thou dwell in the land, and verily thou shalt be fed.

Psa 37:4 Delight thyself also in the LORD; and he shall give thee the desires of thine heart.

Psa 37:5 Commit thy way unto the LORD; trust also in him; and he shall bring it to pass.

(We ought to come in this church just as happy as we can be. We have the Holy Ghost. People haven’t been fasting and praying. That is why you are carnal minded all of the time. Sometimes it’s not even good to talk with folks with bad spirits because they will mess with your spirit. When God blesses you He blesses you to bless someone else.)

Psa 37:6 And he shall bring forth thy righteousness as the light, and thy judgment as the noonday.

(“I promise you, God will take care of us.” If the devil didn’t fight you, you wouldn’t be anywhere in God. If you belonged to the devil, He wouldn’t fight you like that. Always remember, the righteous will win. I promise you God will bring your righteousness into the light. If you stop telling the truth, God may allow something to kill you. If you do right, God will bless you every time. How can you go wrong with the bible? God will show you in the bible how to live.)

Psa 37:7 Rest in the LORD, and wait patiently for him: fret not thyself because of him who prospereth in his way, because of the man who bringeth wicked devices to pass.

(Don’t worry about the wicked prospering. God said in His word that they would prosper also. We can’t bring anybody back from the grave. Everyone must go through things such as bereavement. Serving the Lord will pay off after awhile. The bible says that when you sing, sing with an understanding. Don‘t be mad at the wicked for prospering. “In this world, money buys everything, but salvation”.

Psa 37:8 Cease from anger, and forsake wrath: fret not thyself in any wise to do evil.

(If you want to get blessed by God, you can’t have anger and malice in you and expect a blessing by God as well. Let the Lord bless you. The bible tells us to treat folks right. Go to bed happy and get up happy. Watch how you talk about preachers. Someone is going to give an account. Never let the devil see you sad. You have to learn how to keep yourself going.)

Psa 37:9 For evildoers shall be cut off: but those that wait upon the LORD, they shall inherit the earth.

(Some people who sin go out there and think that they have it made in the shade. According to blessings, sometimes you have to release something in order to get something. Sometimes, you never know what could be inside of you, and God is the one preserving you and protecting you all along. Folks stop staying at home, you need to go to church. Get up shake yourself and be happy.)

Psa 37:10 For yet a little while, and the wicked shall not be: yea, thou shalt diligently consider his place, and it shall not be.

(The wicked are not going to heaven. The only people going to heaven are the saints of God. Sinners will not be going there.)

Psa 37:11 But the meek shall inherit the earth; and shall delight themselves in the abundance of peace.

Psa 37:12 The wicked plotteth against the just, and gnasheth upon him with his teeth.

Psa 37:13 The Lord shall laugh at him: for he seeth that his day is coming.

Psa 37:14 The wicked have drawn out the sword, and have bent their bow, to cast down the poor and needy, and to slay such as be of upright conversation.

* Psalms 62: 8

- Psa 62:8 Trust in him at all times; ye people, pour out your heart before him: God is a refuge for us. Selah.

(God has been our hiding place for all generations. You can hide in Jesus. You can hide in it. There is a hiding place in Jesus. If they want to go to the movies, let them go. Save yourselves from this untoward generation. The Lord fed Israel in the wilderness and he fed five thousand with five fish and two loaves of bread.)

* Psalms 118:8

- Psa 118:8 It is better to trust in the LORD than to put confidence in man.

(Put confidence in God.)

* Psalms 49:6,7

- Psa 49:6 They that trust in their wealth, and boast themselves in the multitude of their riches;

Psa 49:7 None of them can by any means redeem his brother, nor give to God a ransom for him:

(A little with a righteous man is more than many riches with the wicked. Money can’t buy the happiness that’s in the Holy Ghost. We need to go to church and be happy and rejoice in the Lord.)

* Psalms 7:1

Psa 7:1 <Shiggaion of David, which he sang unto the LORD, concerning the words of Cush the Benjamite.> O LORD my God, in thee do I put my trust: save me from all them that persecute me, and deliver me:

(It’s a shame that we talk about being Apostolic when everything is going down. When leaders sin, leaders should be handled by the ministers. “God is getting ready to do a great thing in this church.”)

* Proverbs 3:5-9

-Pro 3:5 Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding.

Pro 3:6 In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.

Pro 3:7 Be not wise in thine own eyes: fear the LORD, and depart from evil.

Pro 3:8 It shall be health to thy navel, and marrow to thy bones.

Pro 3:9 Honour the LORD with thy substance, and with the firstfruits of all thine increase:

* Isaiah 58:14

- Isa 58:14 Then shalt thou delight thyself in the LORD; and I will cause thee to ride upon the high places of the earth, and feed thee with the heritage of Jacob thy father: for the mouth of the LORD hath spoken it.
